Plans, the monthly page quota and included SEOAsist AI calls

Every organization has a plan. The plan decides how many sites you can add, how many pages are crawled per month, how many keywords you track and how many AI calls are included. You can always see your usage on the Settings → Billing page.

#Plan limits

Prices are USD based: Starter is 29 USD a month, Pro 79 USD and Agency 199 USD. Paying yearly costs 10 months' worth (“2 months free”). Payment is taken by card through PayTR, in TRY at the TCMB selling rate on the day of payment; VAT is included. The current amount is shown on the Plans tab.

The AI image limit applies to blog and article images generated with your plan; images you generate with your own image provider key are unlimited. Social media visuals, video, voice-over and music are always made with your own provider keys and don't use this limit: AI models. The SEOAsist Assistant comes with Starter and above, and scheduled runs with Pro and above. Connect your AI and the REST API need Pro or Agency.

The limits for GEO prompts, monitors, team members, the number of organizations and daily rank checks are enforced too; once you reach one, you can't add more.

#How the monthly page quota is counted

• Pages visited by the crawls of all sites in the organization since the start of the month (UTC) are added up.
• Both crawls you start yourself and weekly automatic crawls count.
• Once the quota is used up, you can't start a new crawl by hand. The quota resets on the first day of each month.

#Included SEOAsist AI calls

SEOAsist AI is the AI option that needs no key and comes with your plan. It appears in model pickers under SEOAsist AI (included) and picks a suitable model for each task.

• Only successful calls count; failed attempts don't use up your allowance.
• The counter resets at the start of each month (UTC). The model picker shows how many calls remain this month.
• When it runs out you see “This month's SEOAsist AI allowance is used up.” You can then connect your own provider key with Add your own key or move up with Upgrade plan.

Calls made with your own keys don't count towards this allowance; you pay your provider directly. Details: AI models.

#Where to track usage

1. Open Settings → Billing; the Overview tab opens.
2. The Usage table shows “used / limit” for each resource: sites, pages crawled, tracked keywords, AI content, GEO prompts, monitors, team members and SEOAsist AI calls.
3. The Plan features section shows API access, white label and the number of organizations.

When you hit a limit, the action stops with a “Plan limit reached (…/…)” warning.

#When a plan expires

When a paid plan expires, the organization keeps its data, but Free plan limits start to apply. Billing shows “Your plan has expired”; pick a plan to renew.

#Which role do I need to change the plan?

Changing the plan or billing details requires the Owner or Admin role.

#Is my data deleted when I hit a limit?

No. A limit only blocks adding new records or starting new jobs. Existing sites, reports and history stay in place.

#What is a client organization on the Agency plan?

You can open a separate organization for each client; sites, integrations and tokens are kept fully apart. Create one on the Settings → Profile → Organization tab.
